My wife and I were interested in a spice tour in Zanzibar. There are so many providers that it was really difficult to choose. We got a tip from our hotel neighbors to book with Ally. We were taken by private taxi to the plantation, where to our surprise a German-speaking guide was waiting for us. It was a fun and informative excursion. We still have a hat and a handbag made from palm leaves (free of charge) as souvenirs at home. The spices for sale on site were a bit overpriced, but you didn’t have to buy anything. We would always book with Ally again.

Last year, we accidentally dropped our phone into the sea. From then on, we could only charge it wirelessly. Nobody was able to help us find a wireless charger – not even the 5-star hotel or the nearby towns. By chance, we met Captain Ally on the beach in front of our hotel. He knew a solution: in Stone Town there was a single mobile shop that sold such a device. Captain Ally arranged a Stone Town tour for us, including a German-speaking guide who, after the tour, also took us to this shop. Our holiday was saved! I travel to Zanzibar every year to enjoy the landscape and often go on excursions on land and at sea. Two years ago, Captain Ally approached me and asked if I would like to book a tour with him. The captain said, “Put on your masks and jump into the water when I tell you,” and it was an incredible experience that I can recommend to everyone. Afterwards, he took us snorkeling at a nearby reef.

We booked a Stone Town Tour with Captain Ally last year. The handling and support were exemplary. They even organized a private taxi and a German tour guide who catered to our individual wishes.
